Services included;
1.) Contact client for a pre-install consultation call to prepare site for product install, site prerequisites and go over requirements for PDS and customer.
2.) Ensure rack mounting and cabling of RAID chassis are correct.
3.) Ensure power on diagnostics and health of RAID system.
4.) Train customer on installing, managing, monitoring and servicing of RAID system.
5.) Help customer configure RAID system, attach to host server(s) and test RAID system access from host(s).
6.) Help customer setup and configure host server multipath for high availability.
7.) HBA(s) setup and configure assistance.
8.) Includes post install follow up health check.
